Shipping Policy

We ship Globally from our Distribution Hubs in New York, NY and Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Please choose your desired Shipping Option at check-out.  We offer Free Worldwide DHL Express Shipping for orders over 98 USD or 98 EUR, or an equivalent in local currency, as well as Standard Free Shipping for all orders in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Order processing and delivery times for Standard Shipping vary based on location, but are usually under 12 business days.  Bosnia and Herzegovina Standard Shipping orders are commonly delivered in 3-6 Business Days.

All other Shipping Options, including Express Shipping Options, include estimated delivery times, and are priced at checkout.

EU and EFTA countries orders:  With recent changes for products entering your union, please consider that at customs processing your country customs agents may charge a VAT tax and/or other duty.  To avoid potential of this charge, please choose the "DHL Express Europe All Duties and Taxes Paid" shipping option at checkout, or for orders over 98 EUR choose the “Free Worldwide DHL Express” option.
