Exchange or Return

How can I exchange or return a product?

Do you want to exchange an item or return an item and get a refund? No problem! We offer return and exchange within 14 days after receipt. All items must be unused and in their original condition. If you want to exchange an item, please send an email to info@intuitivanyc.com before returning the item to confirm the right size is available. 

Please return the item at your own cost, using a trackable service, and notify INTUITIVA of the shipment details.

We will not charge a restocking fee against your refund, for any return that occurs in accordance with our return policy. Customs fees and duties, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.

We will process the refund within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you want to exchange an item with an item which has a different price, the difference will be paid by you or refunded to you.

Lastly, please do not add additional items to your order, which you are planning to return, to qualify for free shipping.  In the case of such returns, you will be charged the initial shipping cost against the cost of the returned product.
